<---->

Devoted – Loyal, Committed, and Loving

Accountable – Liable, Likely to do; Trustable-worthy of Trust

Determined – A Firm Decision 2B Present in the lives of their children. It also seeks to empower men who want to be more than just a father. We are also deeply involved in advocacy for father’s rights and father’s participation in fairness of consideration of primary parenting.

We are quite aware that currently the public attitudes and family law court system pertaining to the value between the motherhood and fatherhood aren’t equally balanced. Most of society feels that motherhood is central to a women’s identity and the role a mother plays is extremely important to the well-being of children, compared to the role of a father. However some 57% of fathers say as parenting is extremely important to their identity compared what 58% of what mothers say.

So, what we intend doing at Brown Dads Organization is to bring the honor in our purpose to change society's perception about the magnitude of the presence of the father in the lives of children, by providing a superior support, training, counseling mentoring and certified Father2Dad parenting coaching course to as many fathers and dads as we can reach. We are of the opinion that once fathers are given the needed support and platforms, they identifiable demonstrate the B.R.O.W.N. DADS characteristics that essentially help to shape and form the lives of children!

The founders of Brown Dads are people with robust knowledge in governance, enterprise development, social work and legal matters, amongst other fields. The founding members are Myles and Terry Dixson, parents with years of life coach training work, one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, and team mentoring experience.
